Marketing Manager – The Zall Company The Zall Company is looking for a creative, organized, self-starting Marketing Manager to run our marketing from concept through execution. This is a hands-on role. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, keep projects moving, and make sure our listings and our company are always presented professionally. You won't wait for requests. You'll drive the marketing calendar, anticipate needs, bring ideas to the table, build processes, and hold yourself, our vendors, and our brokers accountable for results. This is an in-office position. Some work from home can be discussed after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the marketing for every listing, from launch through lease or sale
  • Create and manage brochures, flyers, offering materials, and presentations
  • Build and send email campaigns and digital content, including targeted property emails and broker/client outreach
  • Keep online listings accurate, current, and consistent across commercial real estate platforms and company channels
  • Coordinate property signage: design, ordering, installation, updates, and removal
  • Own the company's marketing calendar and brand presence
  • Social media, email marketing, digital marketing, and company communications
  • Spot content and business opportunities
  • Join our weekly Monday meeting and contribute as part of the team
  • Plan and attend networking events, open houses, and community outreach to reach new clients
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience preferred (other relevant experience is fine, so let's talk)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some leadership experience, including setting processes and timelines and keeping brokers and vendors in regular communication
  • Strong office organization skills
Nice to Have: (not required)1+ year in real estate Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Ads, and ChatGPT, or similar tools
