Key responsibilities:
Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly servicing reports on volume, aging, and productivity
Reconciles billing and payment data between various systems and researches variances to resolution
Supports investor and client reporting by gathering source data and performing accuracy checks
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
0-2+ years of related experience in analysis, reporting, or servicing operations; internship experience considered
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile large data sets accurately
Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining findings to non-analysts
