Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant will assist with reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and ensuring timely loan closings while communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Manage a pipeline of various loan types, tracking outstanding items and following up with customers for timely documentation
Facilitate communication between loan officers, customers, and title companies to ensure smooth loan closings
Required qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English
High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
Previous sales support experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
