Am Law 75 firm seeks technology transaction associates for its IP transactions group.
What you have:
2-6 years of transaction and licensing experience in life sciences
Experience with biotechnology and pharmaceuticals
Preference given for experience with therapeutics, vaccines, and/or diagnostic applications
Preference given for experience with use of AI in developing and validating new drugs including therapeutics and pharmaceuticals, as well as AI-assisted research/development in the life sciences
Duties:
Draft and negotiate complex agreements in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space including patent license agreements, tech transfer agreements, cross-licenses, collaboration and research agreements, and/or M&A and joint venture agreements
