CS Learning Designer

Key responsibilities: Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant's Python learning game Design new visual, puzzle-driven learning games that teach foundational principles in algorithms and computational thinking Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create new interactive features that enhance the learning experience

Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree or above in a STEM field with experience in research or teaching beyond traditional curricula Extensive use of AI agents for coding and a strong opinion on core concepts important in agentic coding Experience in teaching complex topics through clear, hands-on steps Proficiency in creating engaging interactive content for learners, including in asynchronous contexts Strong writing skills in English, particularly for communicating challenging concepts
