Leading and developing the Not-for-Profit Tax team, the full-time remote CPA Principal - Not-for-Profit Tax will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and mentor staff while driving growth and improvement within the non-profit audit practice.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Not-for-Profit Tax team while providing exceptional client service
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
Mentor staff and collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive services to non-profit clients
Required qualifications:
CPA certification and at least 15 years of technical experience in not-for-profit tax
Strong business development skills with a proven history of growth
In-depth knowledge of non-profit accounting standards and regulations
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
