State Licensed Rehabilitation Services Manager

Key responsibilities: Manage clinical policies, procedures, and day-to-day operations of therapy services Oversee provider outreach and training activities before and after implementation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and monitor quality improvement opportunities

Required qualifications: Master's degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy or equivalent 5+ years of experience in specialty therapy or rehabilitation services Current certification/licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy in the state of practice Thorough knowledge of case and/or utilization management procedures Supervisory experience preferred
