Position: Senior Desktop Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Desktop Engineer to join their team! This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on desktop engineering professional who enjoys improving processes, solving complex endpoint challenges, and supporting a fast-paced infrastructure environment. This role blends desktop engineering with Tier 2 support, giving you the chance to shape modern endpoint practices while supporting critical operational systems. Build and maintain desktop imaging and deployment standards. Package, test, and deploy applications across the environment. Support patching, configuration, and compliance activities. Manage workstation lifecycle processes from refresh to retirement. Provide Tier 2 support for infrastructure issues. Troubleshoot servers, Active Directory, and networking issues. Document processes, standards, and technical procedures. Assist with infrastructure projects and operational handoffs.5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or infrastructure support.~ Strong experience with Windows desktop operating systems.~ Hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM or similar endpoint tools.~ Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.~ Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms.~ Foundational networking knowledge, including routing and switching.~ Experience supporting operational technology environments.
