They are looking to expand their customer support operations in the Alabang area. In this role you will serve as a vital link between the company and its cardholders. You will handle incoming inquiries from both retail partners and individual customers regarding credit card accounts. Beyond simply answering questions you will use your problem solving skills to provide high quality resolutions and identify opportunities to offer additional retail and credit products that add value to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing high volume inbound calls while maintaining strict quality standards. You will resolve inquiries related to new credit accounts and ensure that every interaction strengthens the relationship between the brand and the user. Success in this position requires a high level of professionalism and strict adherence to attendance and scheduling policies. Qualified candidates should have completed at least two years of college education or hold a two year associate degree. You must possess exceptional English communication skills both spoken and written. A natural ability to build rapport and a sales minded approach to customer service are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have strong basic computer proficiency. This position operates on a hybrid work model out of the Northgate Alabang hub. Applicants must reside within 100 kilometers of the Muntinlupa office and be able to commute within four hours. For remote work days you are required to have a stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
