To support financial reporting and product development, the full-time remote Actuarial Associate I will run the monthly fixed indexed annuity valuation model, implement model enhancements, and conduct in-depth analyses for business insights.
Key responsibilities: Assist with product development, financial reporting, and actuarial research Prepare reports and maintain actuarial software, spreadsheets, and databases Commit to self-development by attaining industry knowledge and passing actuarial exams
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative background 1 to 3 years of annuity-related actuarial experience Completion of 1 to 3 actuarial exams Basic understanding of annuity products Preferred experience with Python, SQL/Snowflake, or other actuarial modeling software
