Key responsibilities:
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, families, and couples, focusing on trauma processing and healing
Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders, developing collaborative treatment plans with clients
Maintain accurate records and documentation for case progress, insurance billing, and compliance with ethical standards
Required qualifications:
Valid full or associate-level clinical therapy license in Washington State (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PsyD)
EMDR Basic Training completed or willingness to undergo training
Proficiency in computer use and reliable internet connection for telehealth services
Interest and knowledge in supporting clients with complex trauma healing
Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
