To support a growing practice, the contract Attorney will take depositions in plaintiff-side personal injury cases remotely, with a clear path to partnership and six-figure earnings potential.
Key responsibilities:
Take approximately 5-10 depositions in personal injury cases through the end of the year, with potential for additional work in January
Prepare thoroughly for each deposition, including case and witness review
Conduct most depositions remotely via Zoom
Required qualifications:
Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
Solid experience taking depositions in personal injury or civil litigation matters
Strong preparation, questioning, and litigation skills
Ability to work independently and handle depositions virtually
