Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations including reviewing patient histories and performing targeted assessments to formulate a detailed and personalized treatment plan. Communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in the goal-setting process. Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on the latest clinical evidence, patient characteristics, and ongoing assessments to achieve optimal therapeutic results. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans, facilitating consultations as necessary. Educate patients on lifestyle adjustments, preventive care, and exercises to support long-term wellness. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation corresponding with treatments and patient progress. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York. Compensation and Benefits: The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
