Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR operations
Demonstrated ownership of a major HCM implementation through launch and optimization
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including payroll and talent management
Experience managing system integrations and data migration in complex organizations
Proven leadership and program management skills with executive communication abilities
