Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced ER Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency department. In this travel role, you will perform rapid triage, assessments, and interventions for patients across all acuity levels while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include:
  • IV insertion, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and accurate EHR documentation.

  • Deliver rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of emergency patients across all acuity levels.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and ER protocols.
  • Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, escalating changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care plans.
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EHR.Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and discharge instructions.

  • Adapt quickly to varying hospital environments and workflows as a travel nurse assignment.
