To support a growing team, the full-time Creator Coach will train and mentor 30 to 90 creators across multiple brands, providing daily feedback and inspiration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Coach creators daily in a brand's Discord, focusing on content creation and performance Provide daily feedback on content formats, including hooks and calls to action Conduct weekly group calls for account reviews and strategy discussions
Required qualifications: Experience creating or coaching successful short-form content Strong understanding of video performance metrics and content strategy Ability to commit 2 to 3 hours daily, seven days a week Proficient in camera usage and content creation tools Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and analysis
