Owning the post-acquisition lifecycle of immersive content creators, the remote Creator Retention & Relationship Manager will guide onboarding, optimize retention strategies, and foster long-term partnerships across the US and EU markets.
Key responsibilities: Guide creators from onboarding to full activation on the platform, ensuring successful engagement Own and manage creator retention metrics, proactively addressing lifecycle health and reactivation efforts Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with creators and build an active creator community space
Required qualifications: Relevant experience in the creator economy, content platforms, or digital media ecosystems Experience in creator partnerships, community management, or customer success roles focused on retention Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with retention and engagement metrics Proven ability to structure processes in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments Fluency in English (B2 and above) with strong relationship-building skills
