What You'll Bring8 to 10 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentHRIS and recruiting systems experience preferred Payroll processing experience with UKG would be great
