Ascendion is seeking a Fully Remote Employment Law Attorney licensed in California. The position offers a base salary between $180,000 and $250,000 per year plus bonus. An active CA Bar is required. This role focuses on advising and litigating employment matters for a diverse client base. You will manage all phases of litigation, provide strategic counseling on workplace policies and risk, and collaborate with partners to develop effective strategies.
