Providing assistant controller-level support to healthcare clients, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial reporting, assist with complex general ledgers, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities: Manage financial reporting accuracy and assist with complex general ledgers for assigned clients Prepare and review monthly reporting packages and facilitate month-end close processes Coordinate project tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient client workflow
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience focused on financial reporting and general ledger management Experience with full-cycle accounting for senior living organizations Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
