Key responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, providing support and clarifying complex information Manage relationships with medical providers and government agencies to ensure timely application processing Gather and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related fields such as social services or case management Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages Strong attention to detail and goal-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate multiple software systems Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, structured environment
