To support pediatric behavioral health, the remote full-time Missouri Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload of clients aged 4 to 18, focusing on treatment planning, community resource linkage, and family support through positive coping strategies.
Key responsibilities: Provide clinical case management services to children and families in their community settings Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by Master level clinicians and develop crisis plans Coordinate care with treatment teams and connect families to community resources
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field At least one year of applicable experience in case management Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with applicable vehicle insurance Availability for 24/7 on-call support Ability to work with diverse teams and in various settings within the organization
