Own daily order management across retail channels and validate purchase orders against inventory and delivery requirements. Coordinate with fulfillment providers to meet shipping, routing, labeling, and EDI compliance for national retailers. Prepare invoices, reconcile quantities, and investigate chargebacks with Finance.
What You'll Bring: 3+ years of wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations experience. Hands-on EDI monitoring and resolution, plus experience with third-party warehouses and retailer portals. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a track record of improving operational processes.
