Working remotely on a full-time basis, the After Hours Carrier Sales Representative will establish and maintain carrier relationships, ensuring high service levels and timely freight delivery while meeting performance goals, with a schedule of Wednesday to Sunday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM after initial training in the office.
Key responsibilities: Establish and negotiate relationships with carriers to expedite freight services Ensure customer satisfaction by managing freight pickup and delivery timelines Monitor shipment status, secure capacity, and handle vendor onboarding and TMS data maintenance
Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a sales or cold call setting Experience in transportation and/or logistics Able to work the specified hours from home and complete initial training in the office Track and trace or related experience
