Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards. Represent the firm to clients, investors, and the public. Oversee marketing, client acquisition, and business development efforts to expand the client base. Prior experience as a CEO for a law firm is a must and required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a firm, particularly in a professional service environment. Develop and implement strategic plans and business development initiatives. Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance metrics. Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff. Identify and resolve complex issues, make sound judgments, and lead the firm through challenges. A broad understanding of business principles and practices.
