Retail Store Manager

Lead all store operations and drive financial performance while managing a diverse team. Oversee receiving, production, merchandising and sales of donated merchandise, achieve sales plans within established budgets, and support customer satisfaction. The role requires five to ten years of supervisory experience managing at least 10–15 people or equivalent retail thrift store experience, along with Windows PC literacy.
