VP Fund Finance Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of leading Financial Sponsors and Private Equity counterparties. Lead credit assessments, annual reviews and new business transactions. Analyse and challenge proposed fund finance structures, including subscription line and NAV facilities. Lead client due diligence and present credit recommendations to senior sanctioning officials. Support the continued growth of the Fund Finance lending business. Skills & Experience Required 5+ years' experience in Fund Finance, ideally within credit risk or underwriting. Strong subscription line lending experience; NAV experience advantageous. Proven ability to assess credit risk, structure transactions and challenge lending proposals. Good understanding of fund documentation, lending products and associated risks. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. NY3 days pw in office
