Cboe is seeking a Director to provide legal support to Cboe's U.S. clearing business conducted by Cboe Clear U.S., LLC (CCUS), a derivatives clearing organization regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).. Draft CCUS rules and rule filings to the CFTC to explain the purpose and basis of those rules.. Draft required CCUS submissions and reports to the CFTC and other regulatory agencies.. Draft comment letters and regulatory proposals to the CFTC and other regulatory agencies, including regarding proposed regulations and proposed self-regulatory organization (SRO) rules.. Previous employment at the CFTC or SEC or a clearing organization or a futures or securities exchange is desirable.
Salary package to $300K plus benefits and relocation. Experienced in contract negotiations, claims agreements, suppliers, broker contracts, stop loss agreements, etc.. Troubleshoot all settlements, fraud, subrogation and resolutions related to stop loss situations.. An Attorney, with least 8 years+ of insurance related experience (law firm and/or insurance firm). The company likes to promote from within, ongoing training, relocation assistance and career progression.
