As a Business Banking Lending Attorney - Vice President, Assistant General Counsel in the Business Banking Legal team, you will be an integral member of the legal team advising on commercial lending transactions, lending products, collections, deposit account matters, and regulatory issues.. Provide expert advice on commercial lending transactions, including negotiating and drafting loan documents.. Partner with lawyers across the legal department to support Business Banking and cross-LOB projects.. Im working with a great client of mine, a well known law firm with several offices in California, and helping them find a solid Sr Counsel / Sr Associate Attorney.. They are looking for someone with at least 8-10 years of experience handling GL and/or CD work and can independently handle a case load. Candidates with experience handling personal injury or CD cases involving large commercial constructions projects, like stadiums, airports, hotels, etc., would be preferred. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Searches for and studies legal records, documents, and law to obtain information and provide analysis applicable to case under consideration.
