As a Clinical Documentation Review Specialist (RN), you will help medical staff clarify patient records to ensure appropriate reimbursement and reflect care complexity.
You will perform concurrent reviews and engage with physicians to resolve documentation gaps.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily medical record reviews on nursing units.
Educate patient care providers on documentation standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent and current Washington State RN license.
3+ years of direct patient care experience.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Remote Work:
Equipment provided including laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.
