RN Clinical Data Annotation Specialist (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities: Review recorded and simulated AI agent interactions, applying sound clinical judgment to assess accuracy, safety, and appropriateness. Score and annotate agent performance using structured evaluation rubrics aligned with evidence-based protocols. Identify clinical safety concerns and provide clear, actionable feedback to clinical and product teams.

Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States; compact license preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in bedside nursing, case management, clinical quality, or education. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
