Florida and Texas Licensed Litigation Adjuster

Key Responsibilities: Manage pending litigated auto liability claims from assignment through resolution Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and exposure for claims Handle attorney-represented claims, including negotiations and responding to demands

Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience handling automobile liability claims, particularly in litigated property damage and bodily injury Strong experience managing complex property damage claims and attorney-represented claims Active adjuster license in Florida and/or Texas Solid understanding of coverage analysis, liability determination, and damages assessment Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
