Florida Licensed Litigation Associate

Key responsibilities: Communicating regularly with clients and developing long-term relationships Drafting and responding to written discovery, legal memoranda, briefs, and motions Appearing in court for hearings and other legal proceedings

Required qualifications: Active license and good standing with the Florida Bar 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred; first-year attorneys with relevant civil litigation exposure will be considered Strong written and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team Careful attention to detail and sound legal judgment
