Key responsibilities:
Supervises and trains team members to meet departmental objectives
Manages contract implementation and coding updates within the contract management system
Collaborates with stakeholders to troubleshoot contract calculations and enhance contract modeling
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
4-6 years of experience in managed care contract administration or accounts receivable required
1-3 years of prior leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of managed care contracting and reimbursement methodologies
Proficiency with relational databases, including SQL or similar query tools
