Key responsibilities:
Oversee the performance and results of the accounts receivable function, including simulcast settlements
Maintain accounts receivable subledger for multiple companies and apply cash receipts in SAP
Prepare monthly revenue and A/R journal entries, and conduct monthly bad debt reviews
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or at least ten years of receivables and/or racing experience
Prior experience in the equine industry or strong understanding of horse racing terminology
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects to successful completion
Comfortable working with financial systems and handling financial-related information
Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
