Key responsibilities:
Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their Medicare plans
Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
Manage a flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week, adapting to business needs while providing consistent member support
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication via phone, email, or in person
Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
Must reside in the New England area (MA, ME, NH, VT, CT, RI)
