To support strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Manager of Analysis and Implementation will oversee business and technical analysis activities, application support, and digital platform initiatives while fostering team development and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and workforce planning Drive the strategy and roadmap for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, deliver technology solutions, and support ongoing innovation
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, analysis, project management, or related functions Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development and resource planning Knowledge of technical business analysis methodologies and project management practices Working knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify relevant business use cases
