Software Sales Executive

Reports to: VP, Global Sales

A technology leader in CCS (Cell Contact System) and laminated bus bars solutions for Solar Power, Wind Power, Railway, Electrical Vehicle, and Engery Storage industries. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven North America Sales Manager to scale our sales operations across North America. You will be responsible for key client development and maintenance, market expansion, full-process sales follow-up, internal team collaboration, and sales data management. Develop key clients in North America, maintain relationships with existing customers, establish long-term and stable cooperative partnerships, and boost customer repurchase rate and business scale.# Research local market conditions and competitor trends of industrial parts in North America, tap potential customers, and fulfill regional sales growth targets.# Full-process sales follow-up: Independently conduct customer communication, demand confirmation, quotation and business negotiation, track orders and payment collection, and oversee the entire sales process.# Cooperate with technical, production and logistics departments to ensure order delivery and resolve after-sales issues, so as to improve customer satisfaction.# Sales data management: Regularly prepare sales reports and customer files, review customer operation status and optimize sales strategies. Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Automation and related majors are preferred); proficient in English.
