Mid-Level Corporate/ Healthcare Associate

Responsibilities: Advise senior management and boards on corporate governance, best practices, and legal compliance. Counsel clients on federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations. Provide legal guidance on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Deliver day-to-day legal support across operations for hospital systems, physician groups, and other healthcare entities. Collaborate with a multi-state team of transactional attorneys serving clients nationwide.

Qualifications and Requirements: JD from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in Colorado. 3+ years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare or corporate law. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. The Firm is Offering Competitive base salary of $175K to $210K, depending on experience. Annual bonus opportunities and firm-sponsored CLE, licensing reimbursement, and attorney retreats.
