Key responsibilities:
Utilize a consultative sales approach to provide insurance quotes and close sales
Deliver high-quality support and guidance on insurance policies, addressing complex inquiries related to billing, renewals, and endorsements
Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain professional relationships with internal departments to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications:
Current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State, or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
0-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple applications effectively
