The Role:
We’re looking for a founding Talk Show Producer to build and run Frequency Show — our weekly livestream, airing every Thursday. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role: you’ll establish the standards, structure, and production rhythm that make a weekly show reliable, sharp, and worth tuning in for. You’ll own how the show comes together week to week — format, segments, run of show, guests, and the production quality behind it. As Frequency Show grows, you’ll be the person who makes sure every episode holds the bar and the whole operation runs like it should.
What you’ll do:
- Build the standards, structure, and format for Frequency Show from scratch
- Own weekly production: plan, prep, and run the Thursday livestream end to end
- Develop the run of show, segments, and episode flow
- Coordinate hosts, guests, and crew so every show is ready to air
- Establish and hold production quality standards across audio, video, and live delivery
- Manage the production calendar and keep a reliable weekly cadence
- Partner with the content and social teams on promotion and repurposing episodes
What we’re looking for:
- Production experience — live, broadcast, podcast, or video
- Organized and calm under pressure — live weekly production is a rhythm you can hold
- An eye and ear for quality, and the standards to protect itAbility to build structure and process where none exists yet
- Strong coordination skills across hosts, guests, and crew
- A feel for what makes a talk show engaging and worth watching
- Helpful but not required
- Experience producing a live show, stream, or podcast
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and live production tools
- Background in news, media, or talk formats
- Early-stage or founding experience building something from zero
