To support a growing insurance service team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Customer Service Agent will take inbound calls from policyholders, manage service requests, and provide exceptional customer care in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities: Taking great care of customers by addressing their inquiries and identifying additional needs Answering inbound calls and processing service requests related to vehicles, drivers, and policy documents Providing feedback to improve product offerings based on customer interactions
Required qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate and understand a variety of insurance products Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to product changes
