Key responsibilities: Represent clients in criminal defense matters and protect their legal rights Manage cases with guidance from experienced attorneys and conduct legal research to develop case strategies Draft legal documents and negotiate with prosecutors to pursue favorable outcomes for clients

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active Minnesota law license in good standing 0-3 years of criminal law experience preferred, including internships or clerkships Strong interest in criminal defense, litigation, and courtroom advocacy Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent client service
