Assistant General Counsel - NY Licensed

Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end commercial contracting, including client and institutional agreements Negotiate directly with counterparties and provide legal guidance to Product and Engineering teams Oversee various legal matters alongside the General Counsel, including corporate governance and regulatory work

Required qualifications: JD and active membership in good standing of at least one US state bar Strong experience in commercial contracting, including drafting and negotiating agreements Previous in-house experience, ideally within a small legal team Ability to work across multiple legal areas and adapt to new issues quickly Experience in building templates and processes to streamline legal work
