Strategic GTM Recruiter Lead | Scale Sales & Marketing

Candid Health is hiring a Lead GTM Recruiter in Denver to work directly with the CCO and senior leadership. You will shape the growth of our sales organization by building top-of-funnel engines, defining best-in-class recruiting, and owning end-to-end GTM hiring for Enterprise AE, GTM roles, and senior positions. You will partner closely with GTM leaders to forecast talent needs, craft recruitment strategies, and raise the talent bar as we scale in a hypergrowth environment.
