Base Salary: $120,000 | On-Target Earnings: $450,000We are partnering with a leading global medical technology organization to recruit an experienced, high-performing Surgical Territory Manager specializing in the ophthalmic and ocular surgical space. This opportunity is ideal for a driven medical device sales professional with a strong background in hospital-based surgical sales, operating room environments, and physician relationship development. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving territory revenue, expanding surgical product adoption, and building strategic partnerships with ophthalmic surgeons, hospital leadership, and key clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and market penetration within hospitals, surgical departments, and ophthalmic surgical accounts. Develop strong relationships with ophthalmologists, ocular surgeons, operating room personnel, and hospital decision-makers. Provide in-person surgical case coverage, product education, and technical support in the operating room. Identify new business opportunities and increase product utilization across existing and prospective accounts. Navigate hospital purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and contracting requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives. Collaborate with clinical specialists and internal teams to support successful product adoption.
