Key responsibilities:
Post and reconcile payments to collection accounts, ensuring accuracy with bank transactions and monthly statements
Perform cash application functions in accordance with corporate and client requirements to meet performance criteria
Research payment discrepancies and accurately apply payments to the correct claims, maintaining compliance with cash processing laws
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or three years of relevant Accounting/Finance experience
Strong preference for knowledge of healthcare claims
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
Ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of industry-based standards related to cash processes
