Experience managing and developing Product Managers, enhancing team capabilities and accountability
Proven success with B2B software or technology products, focusing on customer experience and commercial performance
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, utilizing customer research and product metrics for decision-making
Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and engineering tradeoffs, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
