About the role:
  • The Transaction & Operations Manager keeps the Principal Broker's sale and lease transactions moving from listing agreement to closing or lease execution, and owns brokerage compliance and day-to-day office operations.
  • Elevate Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage serving Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley across office, medical office, retail, and industrial property.
  • Transaction management
  • Gather property data and market research; prepare proposals, listing agreements, and other transaction documents; Track contract deadlines and contingencies so nothing is missed.
  • Review transaction files for completeness and compliance.
  • Brokerage compliance
  • Make sure monthly brokerage compliance tasks, including bank reconciliations, are completed on time, and support the person who performs them.
  • Maintain the employee handbook and the broker's written office policy, and update forms when the Real Estate Commission revises them.
Operations: Help onboard new team members. Coordinate outreach and marketing events with the marketing specialist. As the role grows, support business development under the Principal Broker's direction, such as prospect research, outreach, and lead follow-up. Comfortable with common productivity platforms, such as Microsoft 365, and the transaction tools licensees typically use. Commercial real estate experience. Committed to compliance.
