Multi-State Licensed Physician

Key responsibilities: Conduct Comprehensive Results Reviews and annual consultations for members, translating complex findings into actionable plans Serve as the prescriber of record for a defined set of medications and maintain communication with the clinic team regarding member assessments Participate in case reviews and contribute to protocol development to enhance the Biograph Method of communication and care

Required qualifications: Board certified with a strong preference for a primary care background and at least 5 years of post-residency practice Current unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states including CA, NY, TX, FL, NJ, WA, and CO Ability to obtain a DEA registration and demonstrate comfort with telemedicine practices Fluency with EHR systems and a modern software stack, along with a collaborative approach in a remote work environment Experience in executive health, concierge, or preventive medicine is a plus
